What do I do if someone wants to donate items to the library?

Donations to the Libraries will be governed by the same criteria that govern the selection of purchased items. Learning Resources reserves the right to refuse donations, and to dispose of unwanted material. Library staff have the final decision on the disposition of the donation. Library staff are not responsible for a monetary statement to the donor for tax purposes. Donors will need to complete the following form to initiate the donation process.
The Hinds Community College Foundation is responsible for accepting memorial gifts and connecting with donors. If requested, a card of acknowledgement is sent to the family and/or an acknowledgement plate is placed inside the book.
