What color bag should I use to send items to another library?
Answer
Use a green bag for intralibrary holds and other items traveling solely between Hinds campuses.
Use a blue bag for any items going to an MLP library. These items are sent to Raymond, where they are picked up by the MLP courier each Monday. Items coming back from MLP holds will be sent back to the owning campus in a blue bag.
Use a red bag only to send materials to Technical Services. Return empty red bags to Technical Services if you have no immediate need of them.
If you do not have a bag of the color you need, use an appropriately labeled box.
